The thickener is already mixed into this formula powder ensuring straightforward preparation for parents compared with adding a thickener to feeds manually.

The main difference in HiPP AR ingredients between the UK and German versions is that the German version uses Metafolin instead of folic acid and includes probiotic lactic acid cultures.

What You Can Expect With Your Order of HiPP Anti Reflux Formula Milk

At Baby Milk Bar, we work with HiPP to ensure that you receive the freshest batches of baby formula, guaranteeing authentic products with an expiration date of at least 6 months.

Every box of HiPP Anti Reflux Formula UK contains 800g of formula powder and comes with a 4.3g formula scoop for preparation. A box of HiPP AR formula makes approximately 42 five-ounce bottles for your baby.

Preparation +

Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize the feeding bottle, teat, and ring in boiling water for 10 minutes._Boil fresh drinking water and cool to approx. 40°-50° C* / 104-122° F

Add the desired amount of boiled water (see Table) to bottle.

Measure the recommended amount of formula powder (see Table). Level the formula on the measuring spoon and add the powder to the water.

Close the bottle, and shake thoroughly.

Cool to a drinking temperature of approx. 37° C / 98.6° F. Remember to test the temperature before feeding your baby.

After preparation, put the mixture aside for 7 minutes to thicken. Briefly shake once again, and check for the correct serving temperature of approx. 37° C / 98.6° F. Remember to test the temperature before feeding your baby.

In order not to damage the natural lactic acid cultures (lactobacilli), please do not prepare the formula with water that's too hot.

Follow the instructions precisely when preparing infant milk formula. Improper preparation or storage can lead to health problems. Prepare the formula fresh before every feeding and offer it to your baby immediately. Do not reuse the remains of the prepared formula. Clean the bottle, teat, and ring thoroughly. Seal the opened bag tightly after use. Store dry and at room temperature, and use within 3 weeks after opening. Do not heat up formula in the microwave (risk of scalding).

Important Notes

Breastfeeding is best for your baby. Please talk to your clinic or pediatrician before offering your baby infant formula. HiPP AR UK is a special formula that should only be used under medical supervision.

HiPP AR (Anti-Reflux) is suitable for the dietary treatment of increased spitting up or belching in infancy. Under medical supervision, it offers a complete source of nutrition from birth to 6 months; from 6 Months onwards, it should be fed as a part of a mixed diet.

HiPP AR UK special nutrition is not suitable for babies with cow's milk protein allergies.

With HiPP AR UK, your baby should feel better within a few days. If symptoms do not improve, please talk to your Doctor.

Like breast milk, all baby formulas contain carbohydrates. They are an important part of your baby's diet. Frequent or prolonged teeth contact with carbohydrate-containing liquids can lead to tooth decay and thus to health problems. Once you’ve prepared a bottle of formula, it can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 hours or in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. After these time periods, any leftover formula should be discarded. The safest practice is to always prepare fresh formula for your baby instead of making bottles in advance.

What is the formula return policy at Baby Milk Bar? + -

Are European formulas organic? + -

The majority of our products are certified organic; however, some specialty formulas, such as HiPP Comfort, HiPP HA, and HiPP Anti-Reflux, are non-organic due to their specific processing requirements.

Additionally, HiPP Dutch and German formulas for toddlers aged 12 months and older are also non-organic because they are fortified with extra vitamins and minerals that are not classified as 'essential nutrients' by law.

Furthermore, Nannycare and both Kendamil Classic and Kendamil Goat formulas are not organic, but they do contain natural ingredients. It's important to note that even our non-organic formulas are proudly GMO-free.
