Dutch HiPP HA Formula Stage 2 - Follow-on Formula

HiPP HA Stage 2 is a follow-on formula for babies 6 months and older, whereas Stage 1 is designed for infants from birth. Dutch HiPP HA formula Stage 2 can be introduced as a complement or replacement for breast milk while introducing solid foods to your baby. In comparison to Stage 1, HiPP HA Stage 2 formula provides slightly higher energy content and increased levels of essential fatty acids, calcium, iron, and vitamins A, D, E, and K. Both formulas are carefully formulated to be gentle on your baby's digestive system and provide the necessary nutrients for their healthy growth and development.

Preparation +

Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize the feeding bottle, teat, and ring in boiling water for 10 minutes._Boil fresh drinking water and cool to approx. 40°-50° C* / 104-122° F

Add the desired amount of boiled water (see Table) to bottle.

Measure the recommended amount of formula powder (see Table). Level the formula on the measuring spoon and add the powder to the water.

Close the bottle, and shake thoroughly.

Cool to a drinking temperature of approx. 37° C / 98.6° F. Remember to test the temperature before feeding your baby.

How long does the prepared formula last? + -

Once you’ve prepared a bottle of formula, it can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 hours or in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. After these time periods, any leftover formula should be discarded. The safest practice is to always prepare fresh formula for your baby instead of making bottles in advance.

Are European formulas organic? + -

The majority of our products are certified organic; however, some specialty formulas, such as HiPP Comfort, HiPP HA, and HiPP Anti-Reflux, are non-organic due to their specific processing requirements.

Additionally, HiPP Dutch and German formulas for toddlers aged 12 months and older are also non-organic because they are fortified with extra vitamins and minerals that are not classified as 'essential nutrients' by law.

Furthermore, Nannycare and both Kendamil Classic and Kendamil Goat formulas are not organic, but they do contain natural ingredients. It's important to note that even our non-organic formulas are proudly GMO-free.
