Whole Goat Milk: Full cream goat’s milk is a natural fat source for infants with A2 proteins that offer a closer match to the makeup of breast milk compared to cow’s milk. 

Lactose: This naturally occurring sugar is an essential nutrient in both mammalian and human milk and the only carbohydrate present in Kendamil Goat Stage 1. It gives your newborn the energy they need to grow and is easily digested.

MFGM: Kendamil is the only goat milk formula to contain milk fat globule membrane (MFGM). This protective sheath surrounds fat particles and supports healthy cognitive development in infancy.

HMOs: Human milk oligosaccharides are a special kind of carbohydrate found in breast milk and also Kendamil Goat that have been identified for their role in infant immunity and gut wellness.

Whey: Unprocessed goat milk has much more casein than whey protein, which can be harder for newborns to digest. The rebalanced whey:casein ratio of Kendamil infant goat milk resembles early-stage breast milk with a soothing whey-dominant ratio of 60:40.

Prebiotics: Galacto-saccharides (GOS) are a type of prebiotic fiber derived from lactose that is consumed by beneficial bacteria, promoting a balanced gut microbiome. 

DHA and ARA: Kendamil Goat formula Stage 1 uses marine algae as a source of DHA, which is an omega-3 fatty acid. The formula is also enriched with ARA omega-6 from Mortiela Alpina oil. Both play an important role in brain and eye development. 

Gentler on Sensitive Stomachs - Compared to cow’s milk, goat milk produces softer and smaller milk curds in the stomach, which are easier for babies to digest, especially for babies with sensitive tummies. 

Promotes Gut Harmony- Kendamil Goat infant formula contains bioactive components like human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) and prebiotics, which encourage the growth of healthy gut microbiota. Balanced gut health has been linked to improved digestion, immune function, and general well-being.

Closer to Breast Milk - Goat milk consists predominantly of A2 milk proteins, which are similar to those found in human milk. A2 beta-casein has been shown to result in less discomfort compared to the A1 protein typically found in cow’s milk formulas.
