Kendamil Stage 1 Classic Infant Formula (800g)

Whole Milk: Kendamil is primarily made with full-cream milk and a small amount of skimmed milk from free-roam, grass-fed cows on Red Tractor-accredited farms. Whole milk makes the formula closer to the structure of human breast milk and easier to digest.

DHA and ARA: Omega-3 (DHA) is sourced from sustainably sourced marine algae. DHA supports brain and eye development and cognitive function and reduces inflammation.
Omega-6 (ARA) is vital for the growth and maintenance of cell membranes, hormone synthesis, and the immune system.

Prebiotics:Galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) are prebiotics that improve brain function, boost immunity, and reduce inflammation.
HMOs: Human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) are unique long-chain carbohydrate compounds found in breast milk. In Kendamil’s quest to resemble and offer breast milk-like benefits, HMOs are a key ingredient.

Milk Fat Globule Membrane: Kendamil is one of the few brands with MFGM in its recipe. This membrane coats fat droplets and supports your baby’s health by aiding cognitive development, enhancing nutrient absorption, and regulating hormone function.

Better Poops - Studies have shown that using prebiotics in infant formula, like Kendamil Stage 1, improves the frequency and consistency of babies' bowel movements, making poops similar to that of breastfed babies.

Kendamil Classic is not an organic formula. Additionally, while their Organic line only contains GOS, this Classic range includes both GOS and FOS.

With the exclusion of fish oil and animal rennet, Kendamil Classic formula is uniquely 100% certified vegetarian, providing families with a feeding option that aligns with their values.

If sustainability is important to you, you’ll appreciate that this formula is palm oil-free because the use of whole milk eliminates the need for palm oil. This may also contribute to softer poops as it can minimize the built-up fatty acid soaps in your baby’s stool. 

Using whole milk tends to make Kendamil frothier than other brands. Don’t sweat it! This foam will rise to the top of the bottle while feeding, or you can let it settle before feeding.

In keeping with the ethos of mimicking breast milk, the whey:casein ratio in Kendamil formula changes with babies' age across stages. This infant milk has a whey:casein ratio of 60:40.
