Kendamil Stage 2 Classic Milk Formula (800g)

Whole Milk: Kendamil has consciously chosen to include whole milk in their baby formula for a natural fat supply. The milk is sourced from Red Tractor-certified farms where grain-fed cows produce nutrient-rich milk.

DHA and ARA: Omega-3 (DHA) is sourced from marine algae oil as opposed to fish oil, supporting Kendamil’s commitment to sustainability and aligning the recipe with vegetarianism. It also has omega-6 (ARA), which, together with DHA, supports vision, brain development, and cognitive function.

HMOs: Human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) are important long-chain carbohydrates found in breast milk and a unique component of Kendamil Classic 2.

Prebiotics: Kendamil Classic formula includes two kinds of prebiotic fibers: galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) from lactose and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) derived from plants.

Milk Fat Globule Membrane: MFGM is a unique membrane structure in this formula and human milk. It surrounds fat droplets filled with proteins, lipids, and bioactive ingredients. MFGM supports cognitive development, hormone function, and aids nutrient absorption.

Optimized Protein Levels - Kendamil Stage 2 formula has a whey:casein ratio of 40:60, keeping in line with mature breast milk. This rebalancing of proteins prepares your baby to start eating solids and is more satiating without relying on complementary carbs.

Carbs from Lactose - While some follow-on formulas rely on starch and maltodextrin to create creamy and filling milk, all of the carbohydrates in this milk are supplied by lactose. Creaminess is achieved with milk fats, and the casein-dominant proteins help babies feel full. 

Supports Gut Health - The prebiotics in Kendamil Stage 2 are an important food source for healthy gut bacteria. GOS and FOS are known to aid digestion, reduce inflammation, and can even help strengthen your little one’s immune response. 

The Classic range has a very similar composition to Kendamil Organic, with a notable difference being that it includes FOS and GOS rather than just GOS. Additionally, the ingredients are of non-organic origin but remain GMO-free.

Kendamil formulas evolve with your baby; for example, Stage 2 increases iron levels to satisfy the biological need for more iron around 6 months of age. This supports neurological development and blood formation.
